team leadership and project execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical Leadership & Solution Design - Lead Salesforce technical implementations, ensuring best practices and high performance
- Design and develop scalable and secure Salesforce solutions, including Litify customizations.
- Provide architectural guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, integrations, and data modeling.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and developers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security best practices, and release management guidelines.
2. Development & Customization - Develop and enhance Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages.
- Implement Salesforce integrations
- Optimize SOQL queries, data models, and platform performance.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce CI/CD pipelines, and deploy changes using Salesforce DevOps tools.
- Write high-quality code with test coverage that accounts for both positive and negative test cases.
3. Litify & Legal Industry Customizations - Implement Litify-based solutions for legal operations and case management.
- Customize Litify objects, workflows, and automation to align with business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with legal industry standards and best practices in Salesforce configurations.
- Configure Litify ELM and demonstrate the ability to independently problem-solve and research solutions.
4. Team Management & Collaboration - Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring best practices and technical excellence.
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and QA teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, providing technical input and ensuring timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the rest of the team in meetings, contributing ideas to help better the codebase, processes, and overall product.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience & Technical Expertise: - 5-10 years of hands-on development experience.
- 1+ years of Litify experience.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and middleware solutions.
- Experience with Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce proprietary languages, including Apex, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components, or comparable experience with client-side development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, Knockout, etc.).
- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, Git, etc.).
- Understanding of the application of the Salesforce platform to the Legal Industry.
Education & Certifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II, Salesforce Application Architect, or Litify Certification (preferred).
Nice-to-Have: - Experience in Agile/SCRUM and TDD development methodologies.
- Legal domain experience.
- Experience developing managed packages on the Salesforce Platform as part of the ISV Partner Program.

Salesforce Technology Architect to lead
enterprise-level Salesforce architecture, data migration, and legal eBilling solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in
Salesforce platform architecture, data modeling, integrations, and cloud-based database technologies. Additionally, expertise in
Litify and legal eBilling is preferred. The role involves designing scalable and high-performance solutions while ensuring seamless
data migration and governance.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Salesforce Architecture & Strategy Define
end-to-end Salesforce architecture, ensuring
scalability, security, and performance Lead the
design, development, and integration of Salesforce solutions with enterprise applications
Provide
technical leadership on Salesforce best practices, governance, and DevOps strategies
Ensure compliance with

5. Legal eBilling & Litify: Implement and support
Litify-based Salesforce solutions for legal operations.
Provide technical leadership on
legal eBilling integrations with
Salesforce and third-party platforms.
Ensure data compliance and governance within

Qualifications & Skills: •
Education & Certifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Salesforce Certifications (Salesforce Certified Administrator, Data Architecture & Management Designer, Application Architect, or Technical Architect CTA preferred).

Experience & Technical Expertise: - At least 8 years of proven experience as a Administrator and Data Architect.
- 5-10 years of Data Migration & ETL experience.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Architecture, Modeling, and Governance.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and API integrations.
- Experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, and cloud-based storage solutions.
- Legal domain experience and familiarity with Litify & legal eBilling solutions.
