Brief overview of role for Salesforce Specialist:

This is a newly created role to start as soon as possible. Working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams, you'll take ownership of our Salesforce CRM system following a recent integration - ensuring it delivers maximum value, efficiency, and insight across the business.

  • Support the management, development and optimisation of the Salesforce platform
    Stay current on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices
    Work with internal teams to resolve platform pain points and drive adoption
    Develop automation, workflows, validation rules and processes
    Deliver platform training and documentation to improve usage
    Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
    Maintain data integrity with deduplication and cleansing
    Support marketing team on an ad-hoc basis

Job Requirements for Salesforce Specialist:

You'll bring a strong foundation in Salesforce, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for using tech to support people and patients.

  • Experience in Salesforce configuration, customisation, and implementation (Essential)
    Knowledge of CRM data governance and best practice
    Strong communication skills - verbal and written
    Able to translate complex technical challenges into clear, practical solutions
    Collaborative and proactive approach
    CRM user support and training experience desirable

The Benefits for Salesforce Specialist:

  • £35 to £45,000 (dependent on experience)
