Description:

• The Salesforce Solutions Architect is responsible for designing and maintaining solutions that align with business needs on the Salesforce platform.

• This role involves engaging with various departments to gather requirements, document solutions, and manage expectations for deliverables.

• Additionally, the architect will collaborate with technical teams and third-party applications to enhance system integrations.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Design scalable and high-performing solutions within Salesforce, ensuring platform coherence and integration.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Develop and document architectural frameworks that follow Salesforce best practices for scalability, security, and performance.

• Implement security and access control measures to safeguard data and maintain compliance.

• Oversee customization efforts and enhancements to support business operations across departments.

• Define data models and manage data storage architecture within Salesforce.

• Drive business process modeling, proofs of concept, pilots, and solution implementations.

Required Skills:

• Extensive experience in Salesforce development and administration.

• Hands-on expertise with enterprise-level implementations of cloud-based CRM solutions.

• Strong knowledge of automation tools, APIs, and platform integration strategies.

• Experience designing and developing workflows, automation scripts, and custom applications.

• Proficiency in security protocols, data governance, and compliance frameworks.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with AI-driven Salesforce tools and automation.

• Background in marketing and commerce-related solutions.

• Familiarity with advanced analytics and reporting tools.

• Experience integrating Salesforce with external communication and telephony platforms.

• Certification in relevant Salesforce domains is a plus.

Compensation:
Pay Range: $126000K-$180000K
