Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Salesforce Solution Architect


In this role, you will leverage Genpact's innovative methodologies, intellectual property, and your technical expertise to lead global cross-functional teams and bring our clients' business ambitions to life with Salesforce business and technology product offerings with Einstein 1 and Data Cloud at its core. Driving technology enablement will be crucial to empowering organizations to realize accelerated benefits.


Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support in sales calls, solution presentations, and assist the Salesforce Sales Team in understanding customer requirements.
  • Provide input for Salesforce RFI and RFP responses, including the effort estimate, project resourcing, timeline, implementation methodology and solution components.
  • Lead and facilitate Salesforce discovery and scoping sessions with clients.
  • Anticipate customer needs and identify appropriate solution alternatives - offer multiple potential solutions along with their pros and cons.
  • Incorporate experience, business savvy, creative and out-of-the-box thinking in designing solutions and creation of roadmaps.
  • Work with Sales and Delivery team to develop customer demonstrations and prototypes.
  • Support 'proof of concept' engagements to help customers evaluate our capabilities.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer to delivery team during the sales-to-delivery hand-off.
  • Work with project teams to develop and validate estimates to support Change Orders
  • Contribute to estimations, proposals, and SOW creation.
  • Maintain certifications and continually explore solution capabilities of the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Achievement of utilization targets and bookings targets


Qualifications:

  • Relevant years hands on implementation/delivery experience with Salesforce products and solutions like Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience clouds
  • Prior years of hands-on implementation/delivery experience with Industry clouds like CPQ/Revenue, Consumer Goods, Health, Financial Services etc.
  • Working knowledge of Data Cloud. MuleSoft and Einstein 1 platform.
  • Ability to think critically with an attention to detail to craft demo scripts and assist in client meetings.
  • Ability to understand and explain related technical issues, and skills related to working and resolving problems in customer accounts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will spend a good part of their time in verbal one-on-one and one-to-many situations discussing a technical approach to solving a customer issue.


Non-Technical qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree / Graduates from a recognized university with work experience
  • Experience of working in a Technology consulting, professional services firm with fluency in understanding of engagement and commercial models.
  • Firsthand experience and understanding of managed services, business and IT outsourcing pursuits and engagements.
  • Ability to perform well in exciting complex environments, working well under pressure, and prioritizing within tight deadlines
  • Good presentation, influencing and interpersonal skills - both face to face and on phone / net conferencing

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
