REQUIREMENT: Salesforce Solution Architect
Montpelier, VT (Hybrid) Locals Only Long Term Contract Need Overall 10+Years of experience 3 References from the recent projects is must.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
7+ Years Significant prior experience in Salesforce application development
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and API integration
Ability to work 40 hours/week for 52 weeks starting April 21, 2025
Familiarity with tools like Copado DevOps, Azure DevOps, and SimpliGov
Must comply with State of Vermont Cybersecurity Standard 23-01
Must pass automated Salesforce code scans
U.S.-based personnel only (no offshore outsourcing)
Preferred:
Prior experience working with state government Salesforce projects
Strong familiarity with non-functional requirements (NFRs) including security, compliance, and application architecture
Experience with MuleSoft, Power Platform, and automated regression testing
Specific Skills:
Salesforce application development (Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, SOQL, Visualforce)
Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
Code deployment using Copado
Agile team collaboration
Test case creation, UAT support, automated regression testing
Documentation (data dictionary, admin guide, etc.)
Education:
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
Preferred: - No certifications are explicitly required
Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
Salesforce Admin, and Copado certifications would be highly preferred.
