Job Title: Salesforce Service Cloud Analyst
Location: Fremont, California 94555 (Hybrid)
Duration: 4-month contract with potential for extension
Job Summary:
The primary function of this role is to configure and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud, ensuring it aligns with stakeholder requirements. The role involves working in a complex Salesforce environment, implementing integrations, managing customizations, and ensuring data integrity and security.
Minimum Skills Required:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud configurations
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and functionality
- Experience with complex Salesforce orgs
- Proficiency in base customization: record types, objects, page layouts, macros, flows, reports, dashboards, security models, Lightning framework, apps, and consoles
- Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
- Experience with integrations and managed packages
- Flexibility to work across time zones and deliver on tight project timelines
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Record Pages
- Experience with Omni Channel (Skill-Based Routing) and Knowledge Management
- Salesforce certifications: Developer, Service Cloud Consultant, and App Builder
- Strong communication skills to document requirements, test cases, UAT plans, and align stakeholders
- Experience in CI/CD deployment of metadata across orgs
Job Responsibilities:
- Test and modify programs or databases, correcting errors as needed
- Modify existing Salesforce configurations or direct developers as required
- Write and code database/system descriptions and direct others on implementation
- Work collaboratively as part of a project team to determine project scope and technical limits
- Review business requirements and estimate time and cost for delivery

- Familiarity with general database management concepts
Education:
- Associate's degree in Computer Programming or equivalent training required
