Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Revenue Cloud (CPQ) SME to lead solution design, implementation, and optimization efforts for CPQ and Billing functionalities. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Revenue Cloud, strong problem-solving abilities, and a solid understanding of the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) process.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design and configuration of Salesforce CPQ/Billing solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
- Optimize the Quote-to-Cash process including pricing, quoting, contract management, and billing.
- Provide SME-level guidance and best practices around Salesforce Revenue Cloud.
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years in Revenue Cloud (CPQ & Billing).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform, Apex, and Lightning.
- Experience in end-to-end CPQ implementations.
- Salesforce CPQ Certification is a plus.
