Job Summary: The Salesforce QA Analyst will manage and optimize the Salesforce Service Cloud platform, focusing on QA activities and manual test script writing. The role involves ensuring system functionality and efficiency through comprehensive testing processes.
Location: Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud Case Management processes.
- Write and execute manual test scripts.
- Perform end-to-end QA activities.
- Utilize ADO test manager for efficient test management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration.
Experience Required:
- 8+yrs Salesforce experience.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Case Management.
- Strong background in QA activities and manual test script writing.
- Experience with ADO test manager is highly desirable
