Job Summary:
This role manages Salesforce projects, provides application support, and oversees releases. Requires strong Salesforce expertise (LWC, Apex), project management skills, and excellent communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Salesforce projects: planning, execution, risk mitigation.
• Provide application support: troubleshooting, root cause analysis, bug fixes.
• Oversee Salesforce releases using Copado.
• Create and maintain project/release documentation.
• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations.

Job Requirements:

• 7+ years Salesforce experience (Service Cloud).
• Proficient in LWC, Apex, configuration.
• Project management experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Copado and Salesforce integrations.
• ITIL knowledge a plus.
• Work Allocation (Approx.):
• Project Management: 30%
• Release Management: 25%
• Support/Troubleshooting: 25%
• Documentation/Communication: 20%
