Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Salesforce Product Manager to lead the vision, development, and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. This role is pivotal in aligning our CRM capabilities with business objectives, enhancing customer engagement, and driving operational efficiency.
Qualifications Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on Salesforce platforms.
- Proven track record of leading Salesforce implementations and enhancements in a hybrid work environment.
Technical Skills: - In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Proficiency in gile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party applications.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder) are highly desirable
