Salesforce Platform Manager

Contract Type: W2 Duration: 4 Months Location: San Francisco, CA - 94103 (Remote) Pay Range: $58.07 - $62.07 per hour Job Summary: As a Salesforce Platform Manager, you will take charge of developing and launching crucial features and processes on our Salesforce platform to augment both internal operations and external partnerships. Your role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, manage project lifecycles from design through to deployment, and report on system performance. The position requires a balance between daily operational management and the development of new systems to support future business requirements, adapting swiftly to changes in a dynamic business environment. Key Responsibilities: Design, build, and deploy Salesforce solutions following comprehensive requirements gathering from a diverse set of stakeholders. Become the go-to expert for the Salesforce systems you manage, provide training, author best practices documentation, and offer ongoing support to users. Efficiently manage a personal project roadmap, aligning new project identification with prioritization of existing requests. Spearhead change management processes across the organization by ensuring effective communication, training, and support structures for partner teams. Collaborate closely with Engineering and Analytics to automate operational tasks and enhance data processing capabilities. Must-Have Skills: Profound knowledge of Salesforce and CRM tools. Strong analytical abilities with mastery in Excel and familiarity with SQL. Excellent project management skills, capable of leading large cross-functional projects. Industry Experience: Experience in a technology or consulting environment is necessary, with a preference for candidates who have worked on Salesforce platforms in similar contexts. This role requires a bachelor's degree (master's preferred), a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, and demonstrated proficiency in progressively responsible positions.
