  • 9+ years as Salesforce Email and Mobile Marketing Specialist
  • Must have this certification à Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, working directly with the client.
  • 7+ years end-to-end execution of loyalty program communications, including build, QA, and deployment scheduling
  • 7+ years with analytics management and data interpretation
  • 7+ years with scaling email marketing and personalization program
  • 7+ years with customer journey management
  • 7+ years with the implementation of email marketing and personalization technology roadmap
