Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer who has hands on experience developing and implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other systems and leveraging APIs, ETL processes. Hands on on AMP Script, SSJS, Automation Studio, Email and Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, Personalization, SQL and other Marketing cloud components.
"MUST HAVE" SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
3-4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) development and configuration.
Proficiency in SFMC Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.
Strong knowledge of SFMC APIs, AMPScript, and SSJS, with the ability to develop custom integrations.
Experience with data integration and ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Boomi, SSIS).
Familiarity with marketing automation concepts and best practices.
Experience working with JIRA or similar work tracking tools.
Facilitate root cause analysis and proper documentation for defects/bugs.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Developer with 3-4 years of work experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, and leveraging APIs, ETL processes. Hands on AMPScript, SSJS, Automation Studio, and Journey Builder.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES
Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with marketing and Technology teams to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions.
Implement marketing campaigns using email studio, Modile studio, automation workflows, and customer journeys within SFMC.
Develop custom applications and integrations using SFMC APIs, AMPScript, and SSJS, HTML/CSS and leverage Automation Studio and Journey Builder for automation.
Design and implement API, data integration and ETL processes to ensure accurate and timely data flow between SFMC and other systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SFMC configurations, automation, and data synchronization.
Stay up to date with the latest SFMC features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve our marketing technology stack.
Document development processes, configurations, and integrations for reference and training purposes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision-making and improve marketing effectiveness.
Knowledge of governance and compliance with reference to digital marketing
Identify security best practices for data management, users, and permissions
Implementation of account configuration including business unit structure, permissions, and security
Management of subscriber data
Configure Marketing Cloud products (builders, studios, personalisation)
Knowledge of Marketing Cloud extension products and features (Intelligence Reports for Marketing,
Marketing Cloud Personalization, Audience Builder, etc.)
Knowledge of Marketing Cloud integration offerings (FTP, API, MC Connect)
Hands-on SQL experience in data retrieval, manipulation, automation, scripting, segmentation and
targeting etc.
