Detailed Job Description:
• Should have 8 Years of overall experience in Client Cloud.
• Minimum 2+Years in Client Loyalty Cloud Design and implementation.
• Advice, support, and help on a successful implementation of SF Loyalty Management for Rewards program.
• Divide this initiative into three categories from a customer and Client standpoint - Intent, Transact, and Optimize.
• Design & Implement Loyalty Solutions - Architect and deploy Client Loyalty Cloud Solutions ensuring scalability and business alignment.
• Define System Architecture - Identify gaps, optimize processes, and deliver comprehensive Client-based solutions
• Loyalty Program Configuration - Develop and manage tier structures, benefits, and earn/redeem workflows.
• Process Automation & Customization - Configure decision tables, data processing engines and batch processes to enhance system efficiency.
• Ensure Best practices & Innovation - Stay ahead of Client trends, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement
