Job Summary:
We seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Lead Developer with deep expertise in Service Cloud to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions. You will be responsible for guiding a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring best practices across Salesforce implementations to support customer service and support operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, particularly around Service Cloud.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design and build custom applications and integrations using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and APIs.
- Manage and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, enforcing coding standards and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
- Ensure data integrity and implement efficient data migration strategies.
- Define and implement DevOps processes using tools like Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
- Provide support for ongoing maintenance, enhancements, and production issues.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- 3+ years of experience specifically with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Proven experience leading Salesforce development teams and projects.
- Strong knowledge of Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, Lightning Components, LWC, and Flows.
- Experience with integration patterns and Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Service Cloud Consultant, or Application Architect are highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with other Salesforce Clouds (e.g., Sales, Experience Cloud).
- Prior experience in the automotive industry or with field service solutions.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Copado, or Gearset.
