This role involves close collaboration with project stakeholders to develop new applications, enhance existing ones, and automate workflows in an agile environment. The successful candidate will take ownership of one or more platform products and act as the technical lead, guiding junior developers and ensuring effective collaboration across teams. Key Responsibilities: Develop customized solutions within Salesforce to meet project and stakeholder requirements. Communicate with project stakeholders and team members for cohesive project strategies and effective collaboration. Maintain a flexible and proactive work environment to adapt to changing project requirements and innovate ways to meet business objectives. Analyze project objectives and capability requirements, including UI specifications and integrations with other systems. Guide and mentor junior developers, setting the technical direction for the development team. Must-Have Skills: Profound knowledge of platform, including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and Web Services. Strong understanding of Salesforce's best practices and methodologies. Excellent communication skills and understanding of business processes. Industry Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer or Administrator. Experience with large, highly customized Salesforce environments and large data volumes. Certified Salesforce Developer credentials (e.g., PD2, JavaScript Developer I, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud).
