Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the complete delivery lifecycle of Salesforce projects, ensuring seamless execution from gathering requirements to successful go-live.
- Define clear project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines that align with business strategies and stakeholder expectations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets; continuously monitor project progress and adapt as necessary to stay on track.
- Coordinate and oversee both internal and external resources, guaranteeing timely and successful implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues while efficiently managing dependencies that may affect project outcome.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to provide updates on project status, milestones achieved, and any challenges encountered.
- Salesforce Solution Delivery:
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and architects to ensure technical solutions meet business requirements effectively.
- Offer technical insights related to Salesforce development processes, integrations, and customizations to enhance project outcomes.
- Ensure designs, configurations, and customizations of Salesforce applications adhere to both functional and technical specifications.
- Confirm the successful integration of Salesforce with internal and external systems utilizing APIs, middleware, or other innovative technologies.
- Supervise testing, validation, and deployment processes for Salesforce applications, ensuring adherence to change management protocols.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Establish and nurture productive relationships with business stakeholders, product owners, and other teams to gather requirements and align project goals with business needs.
- Act as the primary contact for all project inquiries, promptly addressing concerns and providing necessary clarifications.
- Clearly communicate technical information in an understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
- Effectively manage stakeholder expectations to ensure that project goals are achieved and met consistently.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Guide and mentor cross-functional teams, including Salesforce developers and administrators, to drive successful project delivery.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and results-driven performance within the project team.
- Guarantee proper resource allocation and equip team members with the tools and knowledge required for success in their roles.
- Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement:
- Ensure all project deliverables meet the organization's quality standards and Salesforce best practices, striving for excellence.
- Continuously assess and improve project processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality of delivery.
- Document and apply lessons learned from each project to benefit future initiatives and endeavors.
Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in project management, with a minimum of 3 years dedicated to Salesforce-based solutions.
- Proven track record of managing Salesforce implementation projects, including integration, customization, and configuration.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce technologies such as Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and related integrations.
- Hands-on experience with various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently, striking a balance between competing priorities and deadlines.
- Solid grasp of Salesforce architecture, data models, and how platforms interact.
- Strong technical background enabling effective communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams both onshore and offshore in executing complex technical projects.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, MS Project, and Asana.
- Excellent problem-solving, risk management, and decision-making abilities.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or higher is required.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or Agile/Scrum certification is an advantage.
Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 . This position is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits, including comprehensive medical and dental options, disability insurance, paid time off (including sick leave), and other paid and unpaid leave options.
