One of our client seeking a highly motivated Salesforce Digital Senior Manager Solution Engineer to join our Digital Customer Experience Creation Center (C4).
Its a full time Role and 2-3 days onsite role.
NO C2C.Minimum 8+ years to 15 years of experience is required. The Salesforce Engineer is responsible for executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of our customer relationship management (CRM) platform.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for design of business-critical Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices and meet/exceed customer expectations.
- Typical Salesforce implementations include custom platform development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, JavaScript, data models, creating workflows, and configuring custom objects and fields), integrations with back-office systems (using MuleSoft, middleware and API's) and complex data migrations .
- Work with business product owners to assess business requirements and translate those into customized & scalable solutions using the Salesforce platform .
- Provide guidance on application and integration development best practices, Enterprise Architecture standards, functional and technical solution architecture & design, environment management, testing, and Platform education .
- Review solutions and ensuring that the Salesforce solutions are scalable and perform optimally (even during high volume periods), are secure and meet compliance requirements.
- Provide detailed level of effort estimates for proposed solutions with other team members. Articulate the benefits and risks to a solution's feasibility and functionality .
- Collaborate with Product Manager and Support Operations team to review releases and roadmaps from Salesforce and evaluate opportunities, as well as potential impacts to current applications, orgs, and solutions.
- Implement and maintain DevSecOps practices using tools such as Copado, AccelQ, and Automation, ensuring security is integrated into all stages of the software development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications: - 8+ years of relevant technical Senior Salesforce Solution Engineer experience.
- 2+ Relevant Salesforce Certifications (Health Cloud Certification, Application, Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant).
- 5+ year experience developing custom and declarative solutions using Salesforce framework and technology stack .
- Hands on development experience in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (Aura and LWC), and JAVA/J2EE, exposure with CICD and integration tools like Mulesoft, Copado, GitHub, Jira, IDE tools like Visual Studio and Eclipse), Understanding of REST/SOAP APIs,SDKs, and their applications.
- Experience with Continuous Delivery of complex Salesforce solutions.
- Knowledge of at least one major technical design area (WebDev, AppStore, Business, Integration, Data, Security, Infrastructure, enterprise, etc.)
- Ability to design and support delivery of solutions using a major technology employed in IT: Java, Front-End technologies/CMS (Object Oriented Javascript, CSS), SOA-MuleSoft, Ruby, IAM, SSO, Encryption and good understanding of remaining technologies, Architecture tool like Truox, Graffel, Erwin, etc.
Cetrification: Salesforce Certifications that may include Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, User Experience Designer, System Architect, or Application Architect .
Copado, GitHub, Test Automation Tool Suites (e.g. Pytest, Selenium, AccelQ) .
Working knowledge of Salesforce Health Cloud, Patient Connect product.
