Job Description: - We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Specialist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce Field Service (FSL), Salesforce Service Cloud, and Salesforce platform customizations.
- This role involves designing, implementing, and optimizing FSL solutions to enhance field service operations, improve scheduling efficiency, and drive customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) solutions to support business operations.
- Configure and customize FSL, Service Cloud, and Salesforce platform components including work orders, service appointments, service resources, territories, and scheduling policies.
- Integrate FSL with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party applications.
- Optimize field service scheduling, route optimization, and workforce management to improve service efficiency.
- Develop custom flows, Apex triggers, Lightning components (LWC), and automation to streamline field service operations.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define FSL workflows, and create scalable solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and best practices for Salesforce development and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve FSL-related technical issues and system performance challenges.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security best practices and data privacy regulations.
- Conduct user training and provide post-implementation support for FSL users.
Required Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration with a strong focus on Field Service Lightning (FSL).
- Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant (preferred) or other Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform Developer, Service Cloud Consultant).
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with FSL configuration, appointment scheduling, dispatcher console, and mobile app customization.
- Knowledge of FSL data model, service territories, operating hours, work types, and optimization rules.
- Strong experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs), middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.), and Salesforce AppExchange solutions.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with CI/CD deployment tools (Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with business stakeholders and technical teams.
Preferred Skills: - Experience with Einstein AI and analytics for field service performance optimization.
- Knowledge of IoT-based field service solutions and predictive maintenance models.
- Familiarity with mobile offline capabilities and Salesforce Mobile SDK for FSL.
