Daikin Applied is seeking a talented Salesforce eCommerce Admin. The Salesforce eCommerce Admin will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting B2B eCommerce operations on the Salesforce platform. Their work ensures smooth day-to-day functioning of the storefront and supports business users in managing their digital commerce ecosystem. Location: Plymouth, MN - Hybrid

What you will do:
  • Provide advice, mentorship, and assistance to junior engineers to develop staff capabilities
  • Partner with business owners to understand requirements, build functional design documentation, and develop technology solutions that align with business goals
  • Provide support to product development regarding escalation, estimation and prioritization
  • Set up and maintain B2B Commerce features such as catalogs, price books, accounts, products, and entitlements
  • Configure business-specific rules like pricing, inventory visibility, and buyer groups
  • Manage storefront setup including page layouts, navigation menus, and search configurations
  • Create and manage user roles, profiles, permission sets, and access controls
  • Set up partner or buyer users in Experience Cloud (if used with B2B Commerce)
  • Troubleshoot login or access issues
  • Import, update, and validate data for products, pricing, customers, and orders using tools like Data Loader or Data Import Wizard
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and cleanliness across B2B Commerce-related objects
  • Act as the first line of support for business users and customers using the B2B storefront
  • Troubleshoot issues related to product visibility, cart/checkout problems, and user access
  • Collaborate with developers for escalated technical issues
  • Monitor store performance, error logs, and customer activity
  • Create reports and dashboards to track KPIs like order volume, customer activity, or abandoned carts
  • Work closely with eCommerce Product owner and IT teams to support business needs
  • Document configurations, processes, and training materials for internal teams
  • Keep up-to-date with Salesforce releases and B2B Commerce enhancements
  • Participate in testing and rollout of new features or integrations

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field or equivalent experience
  • 5 to 7 years of Technology related experience
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce core platform (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud)
  • Familiarity with the B2B Commerce data model, including Product2, PriceBook, Order, Account, and Contract
  • Experience with Salesforce setup/configuration, Data Loader, reports & dashboards
  • Basic understanding of eCommerce workflows (product browsing, pricing, checkout, order management)
  • Experience with permission sets, sharing rules, and security settings
  • Experience working in Agile and waterfall software development methodologies
  • Experienced working on B2B eCommerce and other external community sites
  • In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform including its core features, capabilities, and limitations
  • They should be experience with Salesforce's various cloud offerings such as Sales, Service (Order Management), and Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with understanding and assessing proposed solutions to meet requirements
  • Work visa sponsorship is not available for this position

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $80,000 - $132,000 (+ 10% bonus) in Minnesota. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
