Salesforce Developer with Security Clearance

JOB SUMMARY

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions to meet JTNC's needs

• Enhance the functionality and features of JTNC's Salesforce CRM platform ensuring it aligns with business objectives and provides an efficient, user-friendly experience JOB DUTIES

• Design and develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.

• Collaborate with Government Leads and other developers to create scalable, efficient solutions on the Salesforce platform.

• Implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and the Lightning Component Framework.

• Manage daily support and maintenance of internal Salesforce instances and conduct long-term improvement operations to ensure compatibility with evolving mission requirements.

• Communicate with team members and other directorates to understand their needs and provide technical solutions in Salesforce.

• Create and maintain detailed documentation including technical specifications, project plans, and deployment guides.

• Conduct unit testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of Salesforce applications.

• Stay updated with new Salesforce features and functionalities to provide recommendations for process improvements. REQUIRED

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or similar role (ideally around 8 years experience. They are also open to more senior level)
o Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
o Proficient with Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning.
o Experience with Salesforce Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) and integrations.

• Solid understanding of web security best practices and cybersecurity fundamentals. NICE TO HAVE

• Salesforce Developer Certification - Platform Developer I or II is highly preferred.

• Leading Salesforce projects for Federal Customers like the Department of Defense (DoD) (e.g., Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps)

• Familiarity with DoD IT/cloud information systems

• BS Degree in Computer Science SOFT SKILLS

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
