Salary: $75,000- 95,000 per year



General Description:

Phillips & Cohen Associates, Ltd. is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support the implementation, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce across multiple business units. This role is ideal for someone early in their Salesforce career who is eager to grow within a dynamic and fast-paced organization spanning financial services, estate management, and technology.


The Salesforce Developer will collaborate closely with senior developers, business analysts, and stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Operations to ensure business needs are translated into efficient Salesforce solutions.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, configuration, and deployment of Salesforce solutions including flows, Mulesoft, Tableau, Marketing Cloud, Gearset and Visualforce pages
  • Participate in requirements gathering and translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to support campaigns, lead journeys, and CRM-driven workflows
  • Maintain documentation and help with version control across all Salesforce-related work
  • Conduct testing and debugging of new and existing functionalities
  • Assist with user training and support to drive adoption and best practices
  • Support integration with third-party systems and data migration tasks
  • Collaborate on larger development initiatives.
  • Stay current on Salesforce releases, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3-4 years of Salesforce development or administration experience
  • Basic understanding of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Data Cloud, Mulesoft and Marketing Cloud (or similar platforms)
  • Proficiency in declarative tools: Flows, Validation Rules, Custom Objects, Page Layouts
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer I Certification
  • Experience in a B2B marketing, financial services, or technology-driven environment
  • Exposure to Git, Jira, or other versioning and project management tools
  • Basic familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, or other front-end technologies
