Day to Day - Advanced skills and development experience in Salesforce applications, including configuration, triggers, process builders, workflows, Visualforce, Lightning Experience, Apex coding controllers, batch Apex processes, and database design.
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce data model, custom objects, API, governor limits, workflows, and configuration.
- Experience with designing and implementing Service Case Management on Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Experience with designing and implementing Sales Processes on Salesforce Sales Cloud.
- Experience with integrating with the Salesforce platform (inbound/outbound) using REST/SOAP APIs or Data Loader.
- Design and build high-performance, reusable, and reliable Apex code with best practices.
- Ability to support the agile development team wherever possible, including declarative development and administration.
- Handle Release pipelines, and code quality reviews for other Developers on the team using GearSet and GitHub.
- Ensure the best possible quality of the application.

- Work as part of an agile scrum team responsible for the timely execution of assigned tasks, and leverage experience to promote process improvement.
- Lead conceptual and technical solution design for assigned features and improvements to meet business requirements while ensuring compliance with established architectural principles, standards, and processes.
- Troubleshoot problems and manage ongoing support requests from users related to custom code.
- Manage Salesforce data security, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
- Define best practices and be an overall SME and liaison for our Business Administrators and CRM champions.
- Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews during projects to ensure appropriate design patterns come to life.

Essentials - 3+ years of extensive working knowledge of Salesforce (SFDC).
- 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (development and administration).
- Certifications:
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (required).
- Platform Developer I (required).
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (preferred).
- Platform Developer II (preferred).
- Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant (preferred).
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Salesforce Classic and Lightning required.
- Use deep business knowledge of Salesforce products to drive solution architecture and analysis engagement for major initiatives.

- Strong communication and facilitation skills and the ability to see a problem through resolution, focusing on both short-term goals of resolving immediate issues and long-term goals of finding and resolving the root cause.

Applicable Pay Range $102,020.00 - $153,030.00
DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason. Additional factors that may be used to determine your actual pay include your specific skills, years of relevant experience you possess, and other work-related qualifications. Many candidates may start in the bottom half of the applicable pay range, especially those with less experience or qualification.
This position is subject to the terms of DLL's compensation plans and policies. Further, the position includes all other benefits provided to DLL employees, including healthcare benefits, 401k matching, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, possible discretionary bonuses, and all other benefits that are all governed by and subject to ERISA plan documents and eligibility.
