Your Role
We have an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and experiencedSalesforce Developer to join our team. Reporting to the SeniorSalesforce Developer, you will manage the development and supportof the Salesforce Platform and Integrations to and from majorapplications such as TechnologyOne ERP. This position will play apivotal role in providing expertise to all users within thebusiness units to ensure they are confident using the systemseffectively.
You will have the scope to identify enhancements to improve bothour existing programs, as well as opportunities for furtherimplementation of technology solutions to deliver businessbenefits.
This is a full-time maximum term contract position for 12 monthsinitially. The position is a Level 9 Inside Workforce Agreementposition which attracts a salary from $123,590 - $130,097 gross prorata per annum plus superannuation.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership on projects and to otherSalesforce developers within the team
- Identify, design, extract and report on complex datasetswith a sound understanding of SOQL, SOSL, SQL and relationaldata structures
- Translate business requirements into solutions within theSalesforce ecosystem, taking into account data architecture andstrategy
- Review processes, administer systems, and support complexbusiness systems within a medium to large organisation
- Negotiate and influence stakeholders to adopt enhancementsand new technologies
- Communicate complex technical information to variousaudiences effectively
About You

- Tertiary qualification or relevant experience in BusinessSystem Analysis, Support and Development
- Relevant Salesforce Certifications in Administration,Architecture and Development
- 3+ Years Salesforce Platform development and supportexperience
- Strong management expertise in the Salesforce platformwhile maintaining security
- Proficient with declarative tools such as Workflows,Process Builders and Flows
- Proficient with Apex, Visual Force, Lightning Experience,Lightning components & Lightning Web Component
- Experience working with integrations involving Event-Drivenarchitectures
- Experience developing Salesforce Agents and using Einsteinfor Service will be well regarded
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices while coding orconfiguring
- Expertise with DevOps tools and deployments
Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible to work for us, you need to provide, or have theability to obtain:
- A copy of an Australian driving licence
- National Police Clearance (valid within the last 3months)
- Pre-Employment Medical and DAS clearance
- The right to work in Australia
