The Opportunity with McKinstryWe are adding a
Salesforce Developer to our growing Edo division in Spokane, WA. A Salesforce Developer designs, codes, and implements customized Salesforce applications to meet business needs. They integrate Salesforce with other systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the platform runs efficiently. This role is crucial in optimizing business processes and enhancing user experience through tailored solutions. Other responsibilities include:
- Develop Custom Solutions: Create custom applications, automation, and enhancements using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Optimize Salesforce Configurations: Improve existing configurations and develop new features to enhance system efficiency.
- Troubleshoot Issues: Analyze and resolve issues within the Salesforce platform.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work with sales, operations, IT, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Maintain Documentation: Keep detailed records of development processes and updates.
- Participates in 1:1 meeting, department & organization meetings, professional development & training, ensuring preferred place to work (PPW) and positive team activities
What You Need to Succeed at McKinstry - Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Salesforce Developer and/or Salesforce App Builder Certification preferred
- Web Development: Skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Angular or React
- Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Familiarity with business process analysis and CRM systems.
- Experience with cloud services and integrations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (active listening, clear communication, effective
feedback) - Ability to interact and understand customer pain points, requirements, and business values at all
stakeholder levels - Ability to provide high quality, accurate and consistent customer service to all stakeholders
- Ability to work on call 24/7/365

If you're driven by our vision to build a thriving planet together, McKinstry is the place to build your career.The pay range for this position is $71,000 - $96,100 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
