Job Description:
As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for the design, development, implementation, testing, and support of Salesforce solutions within the Sales and Service Technology portfolio. You will work closely with agile team members and business stakeholders to deliver innovative, scalable, and robust applications that support 24x7x365 business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with agile team members to deliver Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements

• Design, develop, and implement Salesforce components using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components

• Develop robust, fault-tolerant applications with 24x7x365 availability

• Support the full software development lifecycle, including operational support and documentation

• Configure and administer Salesforce using workflows, process builders, and triggers

• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using SOAP and RESTful web services

• Ensure adherence to design standards, patterns, and best practices

• Work collaboratively with geographically distributed teams across multiple business areas

• Engage with stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical designs

• Contribute to Agile/Scrum ceremonies and continuously improve development processes

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience

• Three (3) to four (4) years of Salesforce design and development experience across the full SDLC

• Proficiency in Salesforce Configuration, Administration, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, and Process Builders

• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Component (LWC) development and integration

• Experience with Salesforce Communities is a plus

• Understanding of SOAP and RESTful API integrations

• Familiarity with software design patterns and development best practices

• Ability to work independently or in a team while managing multiple projects

• Experience working with distributed teams across various geographies

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $70.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
