CTG is seeking to fill a Salesforce Developer opening for our client in San Francisco, CA.

Location: San Francisco, CA

Duration: 3 months

Duties:
  • Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using both declarative and programmatic approaches.
  • Design, develop, and implement APEX-based functionalities within Salesforce.
  • Build Lightning Web Components (LWC) to create dynamic and responsive web applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
  • Ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability of the labor planning application.
  • Troubleshoot issues, provide technical support, and recommend solutions as needed.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and integrate new features when necessary.
Skills:
  • Expertise in both declarative (Flow, Process Builder) and non-declarative (APEX, Visualforce) development.
  • Strong proficiency in APEX programming and Salesforce platform best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in developing Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience:
  • Previous experience developing and implementing Salesforce applications.
  • Experience in workforce management or credentialing-related applications (preferred but not required).
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $84,000 to $140,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefits package is also offered.
