The Division of Technology Services is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ITA III Developer to join our dynamic team. IT Analyst III - Salesforce Developer Pay Range is $40.58 - $68.97, budget range for this position is $40.58 - $53.18.

Responsibilities
• Salesforce Development:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions.
• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other relevant Salesforce products.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other state systems using APIs, web services, and middleware.
• Implement and manage Salesforce security and access controls.
• Understand Salesforce administration.
• Technical Leadership:
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• System Maintenance and Optimization:
• Perform regular system maintenance, including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Document technical designs, code, and configurations.
• Work within an agile development environment. Qualifications
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Lightning Aura Components.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and customization.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, web services, and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security and access controls.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I or II are highly desirable.
• Experience with version control systems such as Github.
• Experience with Salesforce Administration. Supplemental Information
