Job Description:

Roles and responsibilities

• Develop custom solutions in Salesforce, including coding, testing, and deployment of Apex code, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and other customizations.

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs.

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, test plans, and release notes.

• Perform unit testing and assist with user acceptance testing to ensure the quality of the solution.

• Stay up to date with new Salesforce releases and technologies and provide recommendations for new features and enhancements.

• Collaborate with other developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure successful project delivery.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Salesforce solutions, including bug fixes and enhancements.

• Support Salesforce administrators in managing user access, data quality, and other administrative tasks.

• Participate in the development of technical standards, best practices, and guidelines.

• Continuously improve the performance and scalability of Salesforce solutions.

Must haves

• 2+ years of experience working in Salesforce platform (Sales/Service Cloud and Not for Profit Cloud).

• Expertise in development using Apex, Visualforce

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and customization.

• Knowledge of developing Lightning Web Components, Aura Components and Visual Flows.

• Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript.

• Comfortable using agile methodologies.

Good to haves

• Experience in mulesoft.

• Experience in marketing cloud.

• Any of Salesforce developer certifications.
