BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated salesforce developer Professional for a Remote Position in Minneapolis.

Expected Contract Duration: (9 MONTHS)

Job Type: Contract

Pay Range: $65-$75/hr.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem, etc.).

JOB DESCRIPTION

As the Salesforce Developer, you will work with business partners to realize the full capability of the Salesforce platform. You'll be responsible for design and development of customizations, extensions, configurations, and integrations. The Salesforce Developer will oversee the design, development, testing and change management. Drive highly visible Salesforce initiatives across the organization including building applications on the platform and supporting integrations with Salesforce. This is 9 month contract, remote possible for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities
Defines technical specification, partners with team members and subject matter experts, and provides guidance on Salesforce-related projects to ensure compliance with development standards and best practices, as well as alignment with business needs and priorities.
Advises on and supports the full development life cycle, including analysis, design, development, deployment, and post-deployment, following Agile methodology.
Designs, develops, tests, documents, and deploys high quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform based on industry best practices as well as business needs.
Collaborates with others (e.g., technical staff, business analysts, thirty party/vendors, subject matter experts) to ensure on time and accurate delivery of complete work products.
Develops, assembles, and maintains a library of model documents, templates, best practices, and other re-usable knowledge assets.
Collaborates with technical resources, subject matter experts, and stakeholders regarding solutions, status, technical issues, scalability, and priorities.
Researches integration issues and works closely with Operations and development team to reach resolution in a timely and accurate manner or escalate as appropriate.
Safeguard all customer, employee and company proprietary and personal information ensuring customer and employee data is kept confidential at all times.

Must Have
Bachelor's degree in computer technology or related field
3+ years as a developer developing and designing applications using Apex, Visualforce and Lightning Web Components
Development in Sales and Service clouds
In-depth understanding of the architecture, capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce application coupled with good understanding of business processes
Experience in building complex, scalable, and high-performance software systems that have been successfully delivered to customers
Working in a cross-functional environment

Nice to have
Community and Market clouds experience
Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Developer certifications preferred
Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
Property Management or Real Estate experience
