Description:
• We are seeking an experienced professional to collaborate with internal stakeholders, gather requirements, and implement system configurations.
• Responsibilities include defining workflow and approval processes, developing custom object implementations, and supporting the deployment of a field service management solution.
• The role also involves providing high-level support for users, troubleshooting issues, documenting system configurations, and staying up to date with platform updates and best practices to optimize implementation strategies.
Required Skills:
• Hands-on experience developing workflow automation within a field service management platform.
• At least 3 years of experience with customer service or field service management platforms.
• Proficiency in modern user interface frameworks and development methodologies.
• Experience coding with object-oriented programming languages, developing custom pages, triggers, and performing integrations.
• Ability to analyze and document requirements and execute detailed technical specifications with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in system testing methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to mentor junior team members in best practices.
Desired Skills:
• Professional certification in platform development.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $53.90-$77.00
