Experience Level: 7-10 years Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team for a government client. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Salesforce development, be capable of working independently, and possess excellent problem-solving skills. This position allows for remote work, but candidates must reside in the EST time zone to ensure alignment with project schedules and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications. Implement and optimize Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements. Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. Ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues. Maintain comprehensive documentation of Salesforce configurations and processes. Qualifications: 7-10 years of Salesforce development experience. Proficiency in Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components. Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs. Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and design patterns. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Must be eligible for security clearance or have an active security clearance. Preferred Skills: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator Experience with government clients or projects. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
