Salesforce Developer

Wants someone with a good understanding of Object Oriented Programming and Salesforce. They will be working on enhancements to sales cloud and service cloud. APIs that they will provide to 3rd parties. Needs true developers. Biggest issue has been with candidates is that they are more on the admin side and that is not what they need. If candidate has been dev/admin throughout their career, won't work if they have been doing anything less than 80% development.

Very important that they have good lightning and integration experience

-strong service cloud experience

-hands on matrix application

-Javascript promoting, Javascript UI

-lightning web components

-Strong Apex/VF programming skills

-REST/SOAP API

-Strong in implementing governor limits - Expect questions around SOQL/SOSL

-Previous experience with classic to lightning migration will be a plus
