The Salesforce Developer III will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting our company's cloud application solutions. You will play a crucial role in ensuring stability, integrity, and efficient operation of our application solutions.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Duties/Responsibilities:
As an Application Developer your primary responsibilities and duties will include but are not limited to:
- Salesforce Development & Customization:
- Design, develop, test and deploy custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows
- Includes additional modules besides just the Sales platform.
- Maintain and enhance existing Salesforce application and integration.
- Implement Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
- Integration & Middleware
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems using Dell Boomi.
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration workflows and data synchronization issues.
- ERP & Financial Systems Integration
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Services teams to integrate Salesforce and NetSuite
- Ensure data consistency and process alignment between CRM and ERP systems.
- Designing, developing, and customizing the NetSuite application.
- Collaborating with GTS department teams to understand requirements.
- Technical Leadership:
- Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Conducting application demonstrations, training sessions, and providing technical support to GTS departments.
- DevOps & Deployment
- Manage the continuous development (CD) pipeline using Microsoft Planner
- Maintain version control and deployment strategies across multiple environments.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Salesforce Platform
- Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visual, Lightning Components
- Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata)
- Salesforce DX and CLI
- Integration Tools
- Dell Boomi: AtomSphere platform, connectors, process building, error handling
- ERP/Finance Systems
- NetSuite: SuiteTalk, SuiteScript, saved searches, custom records
- Soft Skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical thinking and problem solving
- Ability to lead technical discussions and influence architectural designs
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Proven experience in software/application development, with expertise in API integrations.
- 4 - 6 years of Salesforce development experience
- 2+ years of hands-on Dell Boomi integration experience
- Experience integrating Salesforce with NetSuite or similar ERP systems
