Job Description

Position Overview: The Salesforce Developer Analyst will be responsible for developing and optimizing our Salesforce platform, with a focus on the Financial Services Cloud. This role requires a blend of technical development skills and business analysis expertise to ensure the platform meets the evolving needs of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development: Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations.

Financial Services Cloud Support: Provide specialized support for the Financial Services Cloud, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.

Business Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Configuration and Customization: Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows to meet business requirements.

Data Management: Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits, data cleansing, and validation.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using Salesforce features and functionalities.

Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key business metrics.

Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to the Salesforce platform.

Compensation:

$40/hr to $45/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements

-3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer

-Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.

-Proficiency in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integrations.

-Salesforce Administration Skills: Experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management. Certifications: Salesforce Developer certification null
