Job Description

Our client is seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to join the Sales & Marking organization for a 6-month engagement to clean up technical debt in their 15-year-old CRM before expanding the platform. We need an individual with strong experience in Salesforce who can audit, catalog, and process fields and codes, and thoroughly understand and document past implementations. This role requires familiarity with Salesforce objects and relationships. Key tasks include de-duplicating accounts, documenting current flows and processes, running reports, and cataloging over 100 flows. Once the clean-up is complete, we will be better positioned to evaluate and plan for the future state of Salesforce. Skills and Requirements

3-7+ years of experience working within Salesforce as an Admin, Analyst, etc. in an enterprise environment

Strong experience working within SalesCloud and Lightning; experience with Classic is also preferred.

Hands-on experience with Flows, Process Builders, Apex triggers, email alerts, workflow rules, and understanding how to read flows.

Experience auditing, cataloging, documenting and processing fields and codes.

Strong understanding of API integrations and how they work.

Familiarity with Sales Engagement, Experience running reports within Salesforce.

Intermediate experience with Excel, including pulling data into Excel and running pivots.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and drive work forward, along with strong collaboration skills. Experience with Apex code (reading and writing).
