Engrain is a rapidly growing and dynamic company seeking a highly skilled Salesforce & Business Systems Administrator to join our team. As our Salesforce & Business Systems Administrator, you will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce platform, ensuring it effectively supports our sales, service, and other key business functions. In addition to your Salesforce responsibilities, you will also serve as a foundational administrator for several other important company systems, including Adobe Workfront and Asana. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a solid understanding of Salesforce administration and the ability to learn and manage other business applications. You will work closely with various teams to ensure our systems are optimized, efficient, and aligned with business needs.

What you'll do
  • Salesforce Administration:
    • Perform day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of our Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
    • Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings.
    • Develop and maintain workflows, process builder flows, validation rules, and approval processes to automate business processes.
    • Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and formulas.
    • Ensure data integrity through regular data cleansing, deduplication, and data validation efforts.
    • Build and maintain insightful reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key business metrics.
    • Assist with the evaluation and implementation of new Salesforce features and functionalities.
    • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues for Salesforce users.
  • Business Systems Administration:
    • Administer and maintain other company platforms, including but not limited to Adobe Workfront and Asana, ensuring optimal configuration and user access
    • Develop and maintain basic documentation for these systems.
    • Provide initial troubleshooting and user support for these systems.
  • Integrations:
    • Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of integrations between Salesforce and other business systems under guidance.
  • Requirements & Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs related to Salesforce, Adobe Workfront, and Asana.
    • Translate basic business requirements into effective system configurations.
    • Communicate effectively with users and team members regarding system updates and issues.
  • Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay informed about new Salesforce features and best practices.
    • Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency and user experience within your scope of responsibility.
Requirements

What you offer us
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a strong focus on advanced configuration.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is required (Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification is a plus, not required).
  • Solid understanding of the core Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud modules.
  • Proven ability to perform essential Salesforce administrative tasks and basic customizations using declarative tools (workflows, validation rules, etc.).
  • Experience with user management, security settings, data management, and reporting within Salesforce.
  • Familiarity with project management or work management tools (experience with Adobe Workfront or Asana is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work full time in our Greenwood Village office. We are not accepting any hybrid or remote applicants for this role.
What we offer you
  • Salary Disclosure for Colorado: annual salary of $70,000 - $95,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
