Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solution Architect with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SFDC Sales Cloud and SFDC Knowledge. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of application support and will involve working closely with various stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of business solutions using SFDC Sales Cloud and SFDC Knowledge.
  • This role will be the Product Owner delegate to WBD.
  • Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements.
  • Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on.
  • Will work closely with the Product Analyst or BA in Cognizant POD to ensure product functional knowledge is delegated.
  • Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
  • Assess value develop cases and prioritize stories epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value.
  • Provide backlog management iteration planning and elaboration of the user stories.
  • Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
  • Plan wave rollout and ensure effective communication regarding training UAT and Go-live.
  • Sales Cloud
  • Expertise in Salesforce Config capabilities including Roles Profiles Permission Sets Sharing Rules Audit Trails Approval Process.
  • Understanding of how LWC works
  • Knowledge of SF limitations and capabilities
  • Business Process Flow Diagraming
  • Communication and stakeholder Management
  • Oversee the development and deployment of customized solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices and industry standards for SFDC implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all solutions and processes.
  • Ensure the scalability and performance of SFDC solutions to meet business needs.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of SFDC implementations to ensure compliance and quality.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SFDC applications.
  • Train and mentor team members on SFDC best practices and solution design.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives and goals.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of SFDC solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest SFDC features and functionalities to leverage new capabilities.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SFDC solutions with other enterprise systems.
Qualifications
  • Must have extensive experience in SFDC Sales Cloud and SFDC Knowledge.
  • Should have a strong background in application support and troubleshooting.
  • Nice to have experience in domain skills related to application support.
  • Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Should have strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
  • Should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality SFDC solutions.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Should have a deep understanding of business processes and requirements.
  • Must be proactive and able to work independently.
  • Should have experience in training and mentoring team members.
  • Must be committed to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Should have a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

The annual salary for this position is between $100,890 - $186,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
