Salesforce Certified Technical Architect and/or Certified System Architect
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team on a Contract-to-Hire basis. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and the ability to lead technical architecture, design, and implementation efforts across multiple Salesforce clouds and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and define the architecture for complex Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Marketing Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and OmniStudio.
- Design scalable and high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide expert-level guidance on Salesforce best practices, data modeling, integrations, and security.
- Ensure architectural integrity and alignment with enterprise standards and roadmap.
- Oversee and mentor Salesforce developers and junior architects as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) and/or Salesforce Certified System Architect
- Proven hands-on experience with a broad range of Salesforce technologies:
- Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Marketing Cloud CPQ, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and governance models
- Experience with multi-cloud implementation and optimization strategies
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholders
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Exposure to DevOps practices and Salesforce deployment tools
- Prior experience in large enterprise environments
