Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Architect to engage on a part-time, on-demand basis. This is a strategic role focused on high-level architectural oversight, platform scalability, and technical guidance. You will not be responsible for development but will serve as the lead Salesforce expert to review system design, ensure alignment with best practices, and advise our internal development team on optimal architectural decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide architectural leadership and direction for our Salesforce-native ABA platform
  • Review and validate current architecture, recommend improvements, and ensure long-term scalability and maintainability
  • Advise on system design, data modeling, security, and integration strategies
  • Collaborate with internal product and development teams to align technical decisions with business needs
  • Ensure platform is aligned with Salesforce best practices, including governor limits, performance tuning, and compliance
  • Participate in roadmap planning, architectural reviews, and major release oversight
  • Be available on-demand to consult on key projects, unblock technical challenges, or provide architectural sign-off
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with a strong background in enterprise architecture and multi-cloud environments
  • Expertise in Salesforce platform architecture including data model design, sharing/security architecture, and integration patterns
  • Experience guiding internal dev teams; strong ability to lead through influence and technical authority
  • Proven success architecting scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions (ideally in a SaaS or product environment)
  • Salesforce Architect-level certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, CTA) strongly preferred
  • Experience in healthcare tech, HIPAA-compliant environments, or regulated systems is a plus
  • Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to clearly present architectural decisions to technical and non-technical audiences
