ABOUT THE TEAM
You will be part of the technical team at iOPEX which looks for vibrant individuals who share the common values of Intrapreneurship, Customer Focus, Integrity, and Transparency, which we call as the "iOPEX Code".
Roles and responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using the Salesforce platform.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise in implementing Salesforce solutions according to best practices and industry standards.
- Design and architect Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, administrators, and business analysts to identify and address technical gaps and dependencies.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding best practices and maintain high-quality standards.
- Create technical documentation including design documents, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Lead and mentor development teams, providing guidance and support in implementing complex projects on the Salesforce platform.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation activities.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to Salesforce solution implementations and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and business development teams to provide technical expertise in pre-sales activities including solution demonstrations and proposal development.
- Contribute to the overall technical strategy and roadmap of the Salesforce practice within the organization.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate third-party tools and integrations to enhance the Salesforce solution
- Support and troubleshoot production issues related to the Salesforce platform.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting knowledge-sharing and continuous learning.
- Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
- Continuously enhance technical skills and expertise in the Salesforce platform and related technologies
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years experience in Salesforce
- Deep and extensive knowledge, the experience of the technical platform including Apex, triggers, batch Apex, Lightning, etc.
- Knowledge of advanced Lightning, and Chatter API, including integration methods and tools.
- Good to have Salesforce Architect Certification.
- Knowledge of the Salesforce AppExchange ecosystem.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
iOPEX compensation package for the role includes a Base Salary plus, in addition, you will be eligible to participate in a comprehensive benefits program.
- The company has a policy of Fifteen (15) days of accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) for the first year and 6 paid holidays (provided that you meet the eligibility requirements of the plans and policies).
- In addition, pursuant to the terms and conditions and limitations of the Company's benefit plans, you will be eligible to participate in the Company's standard employee benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance coverage.
- The company also offers a 401k plan with employee only contribution.
