Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Salesforce Architect to join our team in Cincinnati. This role is a critical position responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead technical teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable and robust Salesforce solutions that meet business needs.
  • Provide architectural guidance and best practices for Salesforce development and integration.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers and administrators in Salesforce best practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and customer support.
  • Optimize Salesforce performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases and technologies, incorporating new features into existing implementations as needed.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
  • Manage integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications
Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
  • Expertise in Salesforce integration patterns, including REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or similar.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, security, and performance optimization within Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent certifications preferred.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
  • Knowledge of additional cloud platforms and third-party tools.
  • Prior experience in a lead or managerial role.
