Position: Salesforce Architect
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid)
Duration: Multi Year Renewable Contract
Hours: 37.5 Working hours per week

Overview:
The client utilizes Salesforce to support a variety of divisions and business units. We aim to enhance our capabilities and introduce innovative solutions, improving efficiency and aligning with organizational goals. You'll work on challenging projects such as legacy system transformations, large-scale integrations, and architectural modernization.

We are seeking an experienced professional with deep technical expertise and outstanding communication skills who can understand the complex business needs and technical requirements of the client, and then craft scalable, sustainable solutions. This position will be responsible for designing application enhancements, systems integrations, and maximizing efficiency while capitalizing on all the features and benefits of the Salesforce platform to meet organizational needs. This position will promote adoption, keep current on new Salesforce releases and development best practices, and act as a subject matter expert on complex technical issues in the clients Salesforce environment.

Qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions
  • Extensive experience defining system architecture, assessing current-state gaps, and delivering future-state solutions aligned with business goals
  • Expertise in multi-system integrations, APIs, and enterprise-scale architecture design
  • Proficiency in Salesforce platform capabilities, including complex configurations, code development, and app design
  • Experience in data modeling, data management best practices, and enterprise-level reporting strategies
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce sharing rules, security architecture, and SSO implementation
  • Proven track record of collaborating with stakeholders and leading development teams in Agile environments
  • Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce development tools such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, etc.
  • Active Salesforce certifications (such as Salesforce Architect certifications)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and running projects on Agile
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a principal architect, providing technical leadership and guidance for Salesforce solutions
  • Develop scalable architectural designs aligned with the clients evolving needs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable designs
  • Oversee integration of Salesforce with various external systems and APIs
  • Lead the development team, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality deliverables
  • Conduct system audits, performance evaluations, and architectural reviews
  • Stay updated on Salesforce advancements and incorporate innovative solutions to optimize the platform
  • Drive adoption across the organization by assisting with OCM activities and strategic initiatives
  • Participate in release management, change management, and deployment processes
