Must be local - This is fully onsite in their Altamonte Springs, FL.
Duration-3-6 month contract, possible to convert if all goes well-

• Experience with working with a CDP-Salesforce

• Will be working on personalization efforts

• Certification in Salesforce Data Cloud required

• Bachelor's degree required

• Salesforce Einstein experience

• Communication in SFMP

• This person will be working on the backend-working more on the personalization efforts

• Not selected a specific CDP just yet, but it seems like they will be going with Salesforce

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a Customer Data Platform (CDP) within Salesforce and will focus on backend personalization efforts. This role requires a strong understanding of Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Einstein, and communication within the Salesforce Marketing Platform (SFMP).
Responsibilities:

• CDP Management: Manage and optimize the Customer Data Platform within Salesforce to support personalization initiatives.

• Personalization Efforts: Develop and implement strategies to personalize customer interactions and improve engagement.

• Data Cloud Expertise: Utilize Salesforce Data Cloud to manage and analyze customer data, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

• Salesforce Einstein: Leverage Salesforce Einstein to create predictive models and insights that drive business decisions.

• Backend Operations: Focus on backend processes to support personalization efforts, including data integration and automation.

• SFMP Communication: Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure effective communication and alignment within the Salesforce Marketing Platform.
Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: Proven experience working with a CDP within Salesforce.

• Certifications: Salesforce Data Cloud certification required.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Einstein and familiarity with SFMP.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data integration and automation tools.

• Knowledge of other Salesforce certifications and platforms
