Position Overview We are seeking a
Salesforce Administrator with IT Support Skills to join our growing team. This junior-level position will play a critical role in maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce platform while providing basic IT hardware and software support across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for technology to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment. This is an in-person role, reporting out of our White Marsh, Maryland HQ.
Key Responsibilities Salesforce Administration:
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, data management, reports, dashboards, and workflows.
- Support end-users by troubleshooting issues and providing training to improve user adoption and efficiency.
- Assist in implementing and customizing Salesforce apps, integrations, and configurations.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to gather requirements and implement enhancements.
- Monitor data quality and integrity within the Salesforce platform.
IT Hardware & Software Support:
- Provide basic IT support for company hardware, including laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Troubleshoot connectivity, software, and hardware issues for internal users.
- Assist in deploying new hardware and maintaining inventory of IT equipment.
- Perform routine updates, patches, and maintenance of systems.
Program Experience:
- Preferred experience with Salesforce customization tools, including Flow, Process Builder, and Apex (programming experience is a plus but not required).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and IT ticketing systems is desirable.
Qualifications: - Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 1-2 years of experience with Salesforce administration.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
