Description
Quantum Design, Inc. is a well-established advanced physics technology manufacturing and distribution company in San Diego, California. Quantum Design is the leading commercial source for automated materials characterization systems incorporating superconducting technology in low-temperature quantum physics.
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Salesforce Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the development, customization, and maintenance of Salesforce applications and features. Please note, that this job is onsite at our office in San Diego and is not remote.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in developing, customizing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
• Create custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules within Salesforce.
• Support the integration of third-party applications with Salesforce.
• Write and modify Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
• Help with testing, debugging, and troubleshooting issues in the Salesforce environment.
• Document code changes, development processes, and user guides.
• Participate in code reviews and team meetings to improve your development skills.
• Provide support for existing Salesforce applications and ensure their optimal performance.
• Assist in data migrations and system updates as required.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, best practices, and releases.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent
work experience).
• Familiarity with basic programming languages (Apex, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) preferred.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and/or experience with CRM systems preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and grow in Salesforce development
Salary Description
$31.25 - 40.86/ Hour
