Join the mission as Salesforce Administrator specializing in our Go-To-Market strategy and systems. In this role, you will be responsible for the areas encompassing sales and marketing within Salesforce. Monitoring the data interchange from systems in and out of Salesforce, performing updates and fixing mapping issues between systems, taking lead the sales enablement initiatives, collaborating with marketing on projects and feature requests are just a few examples of what the day-to-day will be like. We are looking for a talented, motivated and energetic admin to join our team of Salesforce professionals within the Revenue Operations team.

Responsibilities:
  • Work primarily with the sales and marketing departments to enhance daily operations, maintain operational efficiency, and triage issues.
  • Leverage Salesforce technology and tools to manage territory assignments (Salesforce Maps, Enterprise Territory Management)
  • Serve as the primary contact for integrations and applications (custom and third-party) to ensure smooth data flow and connectivity with Salesforce (Marketo, LeanData, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Clari, and similar systems)
  • Develop and maintain documentation of configurations, processes, and best practices.
  • Manage, prioritize and perform work from concept to completion in an agile framework.
  • Participate in change management activities (UAT, training, communications, business readiness, etc.) supporting program rollouts in concert with the Revenue Operations team.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years Salesforce system administration experience.
  • Demonstrated data management, analysis, and process documentation skills.
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies and concepts.
  • Expert in Salesforce Administration functions such as no/low-code development capabilities, configuration, standard/custom data models, security, validation rules, and Flows.
  • Understanding of Salesforce platform constraints and how to build solutions with them in mind (governor limits, best practices, business requirements and analysis).
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills in communicating with diverse operating teams and functions.
  • Detail-oriented, curious, self-starter and a problem-solving aptitude in working both independently and in a team environment.
  • Enthusiasm in a startup culture and a willingness to learn fast.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce certification (Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) working towards or completed.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Developer/Data Management tools and capabilities (Salesforce Developer Console, Workbench, Data Loader, Visual Studio, SOQL, and other development tools)
