The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of the Salesforce platform and related applications.
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days in the office. Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative functions including user maintenance, modification of page layouts, generation of reports and dashboards, creation of new fields
- Managing user profiles, roles and permissions, flows, lighting pages
- Gather detailed requests for improvements or changes to the system, and implement these changes as appropriate
- Automate processes using Salesforce tools such as approval processes, validation rules, and Salesforce flow builder
- Provide support to salesforce users, troubling issues and resolve technical problems
Attributes/Experience/Skills:
Required:
- Proven understanding of Salesforce administration, including Salesforce lightning framework
- Understanding of Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects, relationships and fields
- Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred:
- Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce administrator preferred
- Salesforce Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified preferred
