Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Salesforce Administrator with specialized expertise in Marketing Cloud (MC) to join our team. This role requires a distinct skill set compared to traditional Salesforce administration-Marketing Cloud operates on its own platform and tools, utilizing Journey Builder, AMPscript, HTML, CSS, and data-driven automation instead of APEX, validation rules, or flows. As a niche area within the Salesforce ecosystem, true MC experience is essential. The ideal candidate will be comfortable building complex, personalized journeys, managing data extensions, supporting campaign execution, and optimizing automations using Marketing Cloud's unique capabilities.

In this role, you'll administer and configure the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform-including Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder-while collaborating with marketing and data teams to deliver personalized digital experiences. You'll manage audience segmentation, troubleshoot issues, maintain integrations with Salesforce CRM, and continuously refine and support marketing campaigns to ensure optimal performance.

This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative and innovative environment, delivering impactful solutions to meet business and client needs.
