The Role

IEQ Capital is looking for a motivated professional to join our Foster City-based team as a Salesforce Administrator. The Salesforce Administrator will work cross-functionally to manage our Salesforce environment, assess current operations, streamline existing workflows, and identify opportunities for automation. They will develop an in-depth knowledge of our Salesforce integrations and will collaborate with internal and external resources to execute on firmwide initiatives.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Drive high impact initiatives by leveraging Salesforce
  • Write Apex triggers, create Workflows, manage current Salesforce integrations, and work on new Salesforce integrations
  • Partner with teammates to lead the effort to migrate active process builders to flows
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Client Service teams to improve efficiency across all platforms
  • Become familiar with IEQ's policies and processes
  • Create recurring reports and dashboards to track data flow and monitor processes
  • Document different aspects of our Salesforce environment and evaluate for efficiency and functionality
  • Drive optimization of the firm's salesforce structure through analysis of workflows, and by reducing objects or records that serve to enhance the overall salesforce environment
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets and work with relational databases
  • Ability to create and deliver compelling and clear presentations using Salesforce tools
  • Strong project management skills and capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate among teams
  • Ability to think critically and anticipate issues
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Good relationship-building skills both inside and outside of the organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, high-pressure environment
  • Curious, excited to solve big data challenges, "No task is too small" mentality
  • Bachelor's degree is required

Compensation

The total compensation range for this role, inclusive of base salary and bonus, is $80,000 - $100,000, depending on skills and experience
